WEBCAST LOUNGE at Art Frankfurt April 27th - May 1st 2001 curated and designed by Station Rose/STR :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Station Rose (Elisa Rose & Gary Danner) will create and curate their project Webcast Lounge for the first time at this year´s Art Frankfurt. The Webcast Lounge is the first event at an international art fair to expose art in the net which has been chosen and proposed by the artists themselves. It is planned to show most of the projects online, but also to invite artists to present their work in the Lounge. The Lounge: Webcasts will be the major part of the audio-visual installation inside a 110m2 booth at the fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to attend live webcasts or simply relax in the Lounge and watch archived webcast files and the flowmotion of the installation while listening to changing soundloops over the P.A. ............................................................... Call for participation We are looking for: *Webcast-Stations dedicated to streaming non-commercial, artistic and original/unique content *net art projects to be included in the programme of this year´s Webcast Lounge at Art Frankfurt, April 27th - May 1st 2001. ................................................................ ................................................................
